Severe problem

There is a severe problem. When items are transferred to the archive,
the notes are lost. Is there any solution to this problem?

You had me panicking for a minute there, but my notes aren't lost. For some reason the note icon doesn't show up in the archive file, but the notes are there. Can you confirm that in your situation?

Yes, you are right; the notes aren't lost; thanks for clarification.
It might be a good idea to let the note icon show up also in the
archive file to avoid confusion of the user.

Hello Joh,

It seems that the archive file has no default formatting rules. You can activate them with Tools/Options/Automatic Formatting, click Automatic Formatting Rules and then Restore Default in the lower left corner. Then Ok and again Ok and you should be fine.

Thanks for reporting the issue. I will look into it so that the
formatting rules are created automatically for archive file.
