Toolbars?

One thing that strikes me is that MLO uses Drop down menus instead of
Toolbars. Do you wish for toolbars?
As for me, Toolbars ( better if they are user configurable) will allow
faster access to the commands & make the program look less bland and
more lively.
What do you think?

Yes, I would find a toolbar with icons across that were configurable really helpful. If I have to sync manually then I'd put the Sync icon there. I second that.
