Cannot open MLO file

Hi,

 

I cannot open my MLO file. I'm still in the trial version, but I've only been active on it for just a couple weeks, so I think I shouldn't have to purchase just yet.

 

The error I'm getting is:

 

 

Can you help me with this? I really don't want to have to start fresh.

I've tried closing MLO and restarting and I've also tried restarting my system.

I did a little more experimenting - moved the file out of the templates folder and was able to update it, so I'm back in business. But would like confirmation that its location was the cause of the locked file.

Yes this was the case. MLO did not have permissions to updated it in this folder.
