I'm not aware of any formal training products for MLO.

Many other users can post you to GTD and other organizational systems.  Dwight recently posted a link to an article on the GTD weekly review ( http://lifehacker.com/5908816).

Because of the flexibility of MLO and the variety of ways individuals work, I would suggest you define the rules for the team.  Is a context a person or place.  Should they do a project review weekly or monthly, etc.
