I want page references in printed books !

Hi. I'm writing a book presented as a bunch of MediaWiki pages. It has plenty of internal links to different sections of it's own pages.

I want to export all the pages to a single pdf file so that internal hyperlinks are turned into page references, something like

"the Earth" (see page 114) is a planet of the solar system...

Is it possible to do that in MediaWiki?
