Hello,

I'd searched this group and google, how I can set different settings
for PDF creation and found the possibility to use customconfig.py.

I copied the pdfstyles.py to customconfig.py and made my changes, but
they don't take effect (page break after each article, footer, ...).
Is it correct to store the customconfig.py into the .../python2.6/site-
packages/mwlib/rl directory?

What I have to do else, to take my changes effect?

I'd tried it on mwlib 0.12.x and 0.13.x, but nothing happens.

Thank you very much in advance for helping me.

Daniel

Solved!

Hello,

really strange, but after setting up a new server with fresh install of all components (like on the mwlib homepage, but without using virtual environment), I got only the dist-packages directory and no site-packages directory anymore.
So I copied my customconfig.py into the dist-packages directory and everything is working fine.

On the other two servers, where I am unable to got customconfig.py running, also nothing happens after I copied the same customconfig.py into the dist-packages directory.

dist-packages is /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/mwlib/rl

I don't really know, if it is right, to copy the customconfig.py into this directory, but everything works for me now.

On the other servers, I am sure, that I never created a site-packages directory manually.

Wish you a nice evening,

Daniel
