I am using the Wish Technologies Adaptoid a n64 USB Adapter.
Windows 8.1
Device name is Adaptoid.

The adaptoid is already in mupen64plus.   I have not used it on windows.  Works perfectly on linux.   Used it last week.

Kaito is saying that "Adaptoid" is a new alternative name for the device. It's currently present only as "Wish Technologies Adaptoid":
