I don't have a full Visual Studio 10. (just the express version)
Is there a website where I can download just the mpir binary packages?

I only have the express version of Visual Studio 2010 and was able to build
MPIR using it. I'm not certain but I think it was necessary to have Windows
SDK 7.1.

We don't provide binaries but you can build MPIR with Visual C++ Express 2010.  

 

However, the VC++ Express installation on its own only provides for 32-bit (win32) builds.

 

If you want to build MPIR for native 64-bit Windows (x64), you will also need to install the Windows 7.1 SDK
