Team,

When I perform a query on the Bugzilla database, I notice that the two timestamp fields are Opened and Last Updated. What I want to do is capture those bugs whose status has changed to "RESOLVED" and capture the dates when this status change took place. I also want to do the same for bugs whose status changed to "CLOSED". The Last Updated field doesn't necessarily provide the timestamp information related to status changes, only the last update period.

Please advise as to how to approach this so I don't have to examine every single bug and "fat-finger" the date/time of the status change for each. Thanks.

"Impossible" does not mean "not possible"; it means "I'm possible".

Does this mean SQL or the web interface?

I'm not sure I understand where you are doing what, therefore I
recommend using advanced search and "Search By Change History" and
mention the table bugs_activity in the database. Both should provide
the data you need.
