Intent to upgrade hg.mozilla.org to Mercurial 3.3.2 on 2015-03-11

We've adopted a schedule for upgrading Mercurial on hg.mozilla.org [1].

Per that schedule, I'm announcing the intent to upgrade hg.mozilla.org on
2015-03-11, next Tuesday. Bug 1138680 tracks.

We have continuous integration verifying that all tests running on 3.2
continue to work on 3.3. We're pretty confident that the upgrade to 3.3
will "just work."

The upgrade should occur with no user-perceived downtime. All services are
behind load balancers and service should be continuous during the upgrade
procedure.

If you are concerned that something will break as part of this upgrade,
that means our tests are incomplete or untrusted. Either way, it's a bug to
be filed and an improvement to the test infrastructure to be made. We want
"is it safe to deploy to production?" to be a question that can be answered
by running fully automated tests.
