All,

As of today, CAs who already have access to the CCADB should create
their new root inclusion requests (for Mozilla's program) as follows:

1) Create a Root Inclusion Bugzilla Bug.
https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA/Application_Instructions#Create_Root_Inclusion.2FUpdate_Request

2) Provide all of the required information via a Root Inclusion Case in
the CCADB.
https://wiki.mozilla.org/CA/Information_Checklist#Create_a_Root_Inclusion_Case

3) Click on the 'Get URLs' button in the Root Inclusion Case and copy
the line that begins with "Mozilla Root Inclusion Case Information:"
into a Comment in the Bugzilla Bug.
e.g. Mozilla Root Inclusion Case Information:
https://ccadb-public.secure.force.com/mozilla/PrintViewForCase?CaseNumber=00000341

This will trigger step 2 of Mozilla's root inclusion process.

Thanks,
Kathleen

PS: We are working on a process for how a new CA can request access to
the CCADB. For now, CAs who do not currently have access to the CCADB
will continue to download the Google Doc, fill it in, and attach it to
the bug.
