I decided to just build an unofficial Nightly in hopes that settings will be used transparently for when ARMv6 nightlies are provided officially. Just a note, the option was actually:
--with-branding=mobile/android/branding/nightly
NOT
--with-branding-dir=mobile/android/branding/nightly
Again, thank you for the help.
Here is the APK for reference:
https://rapidshare.com/files/1229274445/fennec-15.0a1.en-US.android-arm-v6-20120507.apk
My intent was to build an optimized Nightly, but I'm not actually sure that is actually successful with the state of ARMv6. Here is the mozconfig: (Please let me know if there is an error/redundancy as I would like to share the APK. Thanks.)
ac_add_options --with-android-ndk="/mnt/Data/Development/android/android-ndk-linux"
ac_add_options --with-android-sdk="/mnt/Data/Development/android/android-sdk-linux/platforms/android-13"
ac_add_options --with-android-version=5
ac_add_options --enable-application=mobile/android
ac_add_options --with-arch=armv6
ac_add_options --target=arm-linux-androideabi
ac_add_options --with-ccache
ac_add_options --disable-tests
ac_add_options --enable-optimize
ac_add_options --disable-debug
ac_add_options --with-branding=mobile/android/branding/nightly
mk_add_options MOZ_OBJDIR=./objdir-droid
mk_add_options MOZ_MAKE_FLAGS="-j4 -s"
That j4 isn't a typo. Only a dual core :(
