Hi,
I'm planning to enable Document.scrollingElement in release builds (FF48)

Document.scrollingElement is designed to be a trivial API to hide inconsistencies in browser engines
on which element (document.documentElement or document.body) is considered to be the one that scrolls the viewport.

Enabled at least in Blink, and webkit bug seems to be fixed too
