A/B test results: Edit button background color

Today we completed an A/B test on the color of the edit button. When the
button is a darker shade of blue, it receives around 31% more clicks. This
underscores the importance of contrast (http://goodui.org/#11) in user
interface design.

Unless there are any objections, I'll submit a pull request to make the
