[Learning Area] Metrics for discussion

Hi!
As promise during the LA Weekly Meeting, here are some basic metrics for
the Learning Area & Glossary.

I look forward for your feedbacks as there are many other possible metrics
that can be tracked. Once you'll be okay with those metrics I will send
them on a monthly basis to the dev-mdc mailing list (The report itself will
be hosted on WikiMo like this one as the dev-mdc ML does not allow e-mail
attachement).

Nice work Jeremie. Getting some regular metrics will be useful.
I’ve got no immediate asks, but as I start to develop the MDN <-> MoFo integration plan, I’ll probably start talking to you about tracking numbers inbound and outbound links on pages I start to work out tests for.
