Home screen spelling consistency

Hi,

In bug 1028808 we fixed the spelling of home screen across the OS, so
please make sure to use the right spelling in any new string added to
2.1+: "home screen" (And "Home screen" with a capitalized H only if it's
the first word of the sentence.)

If you have any doubt about spelling, please check Transvision for
consistency:

(Note that currently Gaia master is 2.0 for l10n, it will become 2.1 on
July 21st).
Or you can ask our copy master Matej Novak if you need some clarification.

Also please make sure to use the appropriate curly quotes (’) in en-US
strings for consistency, it seems straight quotes started popping
recently
