Is there a limit on the video size, pixels and format type? A user is reporting on SUMO that their video is not showing up: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/969276

There are limits, based on the hardware capability. Unfortunately I've
not been able to find any documentation on the hardware capability of
the H.264 decoder on the device. But whatever they are, that's the
limit. If you look at the output of 'adb logcat' during playing the
video and look for "OMX" errors you should get an indication of the
issue.
