MongoDB Development 1.5.3 Released

The next MongoDB development release is out.
1.5.3 is continuing the development of sharding, replica sets, and a
variety of other small things.
This build is deemed unstable, and is only recommended for testing and sharding.

Notable changes:
- No longer allow 2 databases with same names just different cases
- $or support
- sharding performance changes
- sharding memory enhancements
- windows service enhancements
