MongoDB 1.7.6 (devel) Released

MongoDB 1.7.6 has just been released.
This should be the final release in the 1.7.x development cycle.
The next release should be 1.8.0-rc0.
For those following closely, this is an extra release as there have
been more changes since 1.7.5 than we were comfortably putting into
1.8.0-rc0.

We're doing a bunch of refactoring of the debian packages right now.
Should be early next week.
