MongoDB 1.6.5 Released

MongoDB 1.6.5 is now available.
This is part of the stable 1.6 branch and 1.6.5 is a recommended
upgrade for all 1.6 users.

Changes:
- Fixed race condition in replica set internal network communication.
- Chunk migration fix when many active cursors exist.
- Fix $set for complex keys
