MongoDB 2.2.1 Released

MongoDB 2.2.1 has been released.
This version fixes a few issues in 2.2.0 and is a recommend upgrade for all users.

Notable Changes:

* Fixed several batched oplog application issues required for db level locking
* Fixed authentication in mixed version environments
