Version 4.0 of mod_wsgi is unlikely to be released any time soon.

What specifically about it excites you?

I know you were interested in the supplementary-groups option but is that all?

And which information are you talking about, just the changes wiki
document for 4.0?

You have excellent memory! I watched page Changes in Version 04.00. There is no particular reason why I'm interested.
