Version 1.4.12 Released

Dear List,

I just released Version 1.4.12 which adds a new mechanism which restarts the worker if there
are no jobs in 2 minutes. This should prevent an issue when worker didn't do anything after
some days and after some reloads.

- ensure worker are running and doing jobs after reload/sighup

This update also includes an update of gearmand in our labs repositorys as well. We now
have the version 0.33 which includes the patches from OMD to write a retention file during
restarts which saves the current jobs to a file.
