Add voice to mnemosyne

Please add voice to mnemosyne so that it can read questions and answers. The voice should be natural and not that from the window. Thank you for this great software.

Please vote for the text-to-speech feature on our feature request page
at uservoice. That helps me to determine what to work on next.
