It did exist, that's the weird thing. I had it saved on my portable hard drive and it was plugged in and unlocked. I uninstalled mnemosyne and deleted anything related to it as well and it still asks for it, I don't know why it's still trying to find it. I don't know why it couldn't find it in the first place either.

I uninstalled mnemosyne and deleted anything related to it as well and it still asks for it, I don't know why it's still trying to find it. I don't know why it couldn't find it in the first place either.
If you find a copy of your original database somewhere you can usually open it via File>Open. Is your other data on the portable drive there? Sometimes flashdrives change drive letters, for example G: becomes F:If not, it seems like it has been deleted somehow and I'm sorry for your loss.Have you tried creating a new database for stopping the error from occurring? Do you use mnemosyne 2?
