The old web pages can be found at:
http://www.mnemosyne-proj.org/old/
But there isn't really a path to downgrade a Mnemosyne database. I'm
sure that Peter will be able to fix the very annoying crashing problem
when he returns online. But, obviously, no one wants to get too far
behind on their repetitions.
Do you, by chance, have a J2ME or Android phone? You could try
exporting from Mnemosyne and doing your reviews on a mobile phone. (I
would send you a copy of Mnemododo; I'm not trying to make a sale!)
Or, if you are technically inclined, running Mnemosyne 2.x on an older
version of Windows or Linux in a virtual machine; assuming the problem
is Mnemosyne 2.x on Windows 7. Or even, using something like an Ubuntu
live cd to do the same thing. I don't suggest that this is ideal; it
would only be a temporary solution.
Otherwise,
Tim.
