During a normal daily routine...
* See a card that happens to be a cloze type.
* Hit ctrl-E to edit.
* Make edits
* hit OK
* card disappears as if it had been graded, but I never graded it.
This has happened twice to me today.

Currently, after an edit, the queue gets rebuilt, which can cause a
different card to show up.
Addressing this in on my post 2.2 todo list.

Sorry, I should add that this only happened when I added cloze boxes. If I just rearrange text within the same number of cloze boxes, "OK" brings me back to where I can grade the answer.

Yes, because then you trigger a change in card type, which causes this.

I suspect in this case where the card is already cloze and one or more cloze boxes are added, the thing which triggers a reshuffle is that there are now a different number of sister cards.
