A hidden option to preserve the Last Sort .

how do I do it?

Do I need to edit the Libmnemosyne code?
If "Yes", how do I get the code to my PC ?

   This would be so valuable !!!
I would not mind a delay;  it is nothing comparing to the benefit; which is:
 you would not have to re-sort the list each time a card is edited from within the Browser.

Have a look at the file config.py (not config) inside your mnemosyne data directory.
