Traceback error. Error in config. Please help

I cannot start mnemosyne at all on my pc. keep receiving this message and other messages. line 175 in load EOFerror.
Please help me. I tried everything... Unstall mnemosyne, reboot pc. Restore to previous date... nothing work...

Moreover, My card are not being saved on pendrive like the previous versions, I'm currently using the beta version 11. on another pc, mnemosyne is empty! Please help me on this, and please give me link to the mnemosyne beta version 9. thanks.

Please upgrade to the official 2.0 release and mail me exactly what the error is, eg by sending a sceenshot.
