Hello MN-GRIN Members,

***Please note there is a NEW MEETING LOCATION for this month as well as an RSVP request.***

Please join us next Wednesday, November 6^th, 8:30-10:30am at MnDOT’s offices in the Waters Edge building in Roseville for our monthly meeting and tour of MnDOT’s Regional Transportation Management Center (RTMC). We will meet at the main entrance at 8:30am and will be lead to the RTMC from there. If you are not at the main entrance at 8:30, you will not be allowed in, so please be on time. The tour is limited to 25 spots so please RSVP to Charles Stech at charle...@state.mn.us if you plan to attend. After the RTMC presentation, Charles will present on file naming and MnDOT’s records management program.

The meeting agenda is as follows:

 

8:30am – 8:45am	Welcome / Introductions
8:45am – 9:30am	Regional Traffic Management – MnDOT RTMC Office
9:30am – 10:15am	MnDOT Records Management System – Charles Stech, Assistant Records Manager at MnDOT
10:15am – 10:30am	Discussion
