Justification
Multi-label learning is used in a multitude of real-world applications, from text categorization or image annotation, to functional genomics, among others.
Multi-label learning task tries to learn from data sets with not only one class for each instance, but a set of labels commonly named labelset.
In recent years, several attempts have been made to apply Data Mining techniques in a growing number of areas, which has led to an increase in interest in algorithms and applications of multilabel learning.

The scope of this session covers the following topis:
- Multilabel classification: new algorithms or variations
- Multioutput regression: new algorithms or variations
- Real world applications of multilabel learning: education, health, sciences of the earth and the environment, manufacturing processes, internet services, multimedia...
