CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR HOSTING ECML PKDD 2019

The purpose of this call is to invite groups interested in hosting ECML PKDD 2019.
ECML/PKDD 2017 (http://ecmlpkdd2017.org/) will take place in Skopje, Macedonia
(sept. 18-22) and ECML PKDD 2018 will take place in Dublin.
1. Please send your proposal to the Proposal Chairs, Francesco Bonchi and Albert Bifet, for early informal feedback

2. Final proposals will be sent to the Steering Committee before July 15th
3. They will be presented and discussed at the community meeting of ECML PKDD 2017.
4. The community will decide.
FORMAT OF PROPOSALS
Expressions of interest are informal, addressing the following issues:
1. WHEN during fall 2019.
2. WHAT:
- Accessibility. (ground and air transportation, fees, travel duration);
- Meeting Rooms, AV Equipment, Demo facilities, etc. (capacities, fees);
- Meals and Lodging. (cost, distance to the conference place);
- Organizational and institutional support;
- AOB
3. WHO: local organizers, communities possibly involved in organization and funding ?
4. Opportunities to co-locate with other conferences.
Proposals should be addressed to the Steering Committee ([hidden email]).
