Dear esteemed colleagues,

Warm greetings.

At the outset, thanks to all of you for your help for the forthcoming ISMSI20, to be held in Thimphu, Bhutan. Hope to meet many of you there http://www.ismsi.org

Looking ahead, am pleased to announce that 2021 ISMSI would be held in Victoria, Seychelles.

Euro (The Association of European Operational Research Societies) & EU/ME

(working group of Metaheuristics of the same) had extended tech. sponsorship for the same.

The preliminary leaflet of the same is forwarded below.

Pls. help by disseminating the same among your peers. Apart from ACM published proceedings, scope also exists for a selected/shortlisted et of authors to publish the extended version of their manuscripts at the EJOR journal (as indicated at the leaflet).
