Google Drive can't scan this file for viruses

Is there any solution for a message saying Google Drive can't scan this file for viruses. because I try to download the file via inventor code.

the file size of that pdf is 158 MB and you like to download that file onto your device?

what about splitting the pdf file and download smaller chunks?
