how to pair app with wristband heart trackers or pulse watch

Hello everyone, can anyone give me any advice on how to program the app to receive data (the pulse rate) from a wristband heart tracker or pulse watch and display the heart rate on the phone screen and also how to record and analyse the data for possible research use.

It can only work if the wristband tracker is a Bluetooth device...

This is based on the assumption that the device has Bluetooth, and anyway most devices these days have Bluetooth

If it has BT you can pair with it and connect with it. Then anything you want to do like that is possible. You'd have to figure out what data it's sending and then parse that out appropriately.

the bluetooth in AI is only able to do serial links.you cant connect to any other bluetooth profile other then SPP.
