When you tick the stop making dialogues tick when you delete something, it does not delete anymore Can you Help?

When you do check the box on this screen

you will no longer be able to Delete Objects.  Use the OK or Cancel buttons only.    If you accidentally check the circled red square where the image shows do not check,

the cure, with Chrome is to type chrome://settings/   in the browser's URL box and get this screen

and press  reset settings.

Try resetting  Ys.   What happens?
