Load content in TinyDB when install and run.

Hi friends,

let me please, explain this extension in this area.

I published KIO4_GetTinyDB.aix extension in this post:

- Sometimes an App Inventor programmer creates an app with TinyDB and writes initials data.

- When Build app and others users install, TinyDB is empty.

- With this extention, programmer can create a file with inicials data and when an user install his app, TinyDB is loaded with those datas.

good idea!

btw. the TinyDB.GetTags method provides a list, there is no need to use the list from csv row block...

what about using this instead?
