Hello, I would like my app, an alarm, to show a notification on the mobile screen when the user's chosen time arrived. I want the notification to appear even with the app closed. I can not do this, help me

No one can do that with App Inventor Mayson .   It is impossible.   Try compiling with Android Studio instead.

you might want to use the Alarm Extension to set an alarm programmatically
