Starting a thirdparty app

Hi i have been trying to open a app through the app inventor for about a week now. i know the third party app package name, but i do not know any of the other intents. i have tried a whole verity of options. I have tried to root my phone so i can see the log but cant seem to get it rooted. 

The app is called GPS phone tracker Package name is com.fsp.android.c

Can anyone help me please.
