Web viewer start form center

Hello,
i want to build my website to app,
but when i use the web viewer in my project and i build the apk
my app look like screenshot i give.

has anyone experienced the same problem?

and how to fix it?

FYI : my divice is samsung note 8
When i use the 5.5" device all is normal

It is a known bug (nb178), which apparently affects only Android 9.
