Why does Jolly Roger habitually fabricate quoted content?

Here, for example, is a classic Jolly Roger troll process that happened
moments ago:

a. This is the original message id:
Message-ID: <o94f3c$ksn$1...@gioia.aioe.org>

b. This is the Jolly Roger response with fabricated quoted content:
Message-ID: <ehm393...@mid.individual.net>

c. Look at the messages here to see his classic fabrication process:
http://al.howardknight.net/

He has fabricated quoted content hundreds upon hundreds of times, in almost
every thread he populates. All of us generally ignore his utter
fabrications, but ignoring him isn't enough since he continues to fabricate
quoted content in almost every thread he populates.

Why does he incessantly fabricate quoted content, and then respond to that
fabricated quoted content, and then call others trolls in the process?

Only your trollish content full of lies and mischaracterizations of what
others have said here. What's the matter, weakling? Can't take what you

Seems about time for the idiot troll to nymshit. He seems to do it just
about the time I graduate from killing his posts to killing all
followups as well.

Which I am doing now.

And no, Nymshit is not a tyop.

He hit my KF about 3 seconds after his first post. I was on a call at
the time or it would have been quicker.

I do not understand why so many regulars in this group keep responding
to that guy every time he starts a new thread. What do they hope to

You've responded to me very many times.
You just don't know it.

And Michelle gave me my news reader license.

I have both of you squarely in the typical iOS user category, where you're
very nice all the time, and you ask on topic questions and answer them with
a measure of accuracy which is befitting of your innate intelligence.

History shows he changes his nym regularly to avoid kill filters,
virtually guaranteeing that some poor unsuspecting sod who isn't aware
of what he is doing will reply. So he pollutes the news group whether or
not the regulars respond, spewing misinformation and lies which are
again read by unsuspecting victims. Regulars respond to point out the
lies and misinformation.

And he's proud of that fact. He's proud that his regular nym switching
fools people. He's proud of that because he wants you to read his
self-masturbatory posts where he insults and belittles Apple users. He's
proud of disrupting an otherwise peaceful news group. Upsetting people
is how he gets his thrills. Just pathetic.

Why do you post anonymously FPP?
What are you afraid of?
Why not just tell us your real name?
Why does anyone here post anonymously (e.g., nospam)?
Why don't they post using their real name & real address?

You fail to understand that simple question.

You must know by now that I've supplied thousands of pictures of where I
live, what I do, what equipment I have, and how I use it, so, if there is
anyone here who is not anonymous, it would be me.

I never hide who I am, and I never fabricate quoted content.
That would be dishonest.

I only change privacy headers to foil machine aggregation, but I am never
dishonest by fabricating content like Jolly Roger habitually does.

Think about that before you write what you just wrote.

What I do is privacy (and I state it openly).
What Jolly Roger does is secretly fabricate content (and he hides that fact
but does it constantly and continues to do it).

Jolly Roger can't be trusted to tell the truth.

It's not a rant; it's a question of ethics.

Jolly Roger habitually changes the quoted content just so that he can
respond to that fabricated quoted content in a way that makes him feel
better but which is disingenuous and impolite to the core to his audience,
which is all of you.

Certainly every time he has done this to me, I know about it (because I
wrote the content) but how many times has he done that to you and the
others?

Who knows because Jolly Roger's ethics know no lower bounds.

The question is why is he so often so dishonest to you, his peers?

Think about which is worse from a "trust" standpoint:
a. Someone who openly explains what he does & where the content is never
altered.
b. Someone who fails to explain his action & where the content is altered.

Here we have you, who habitually fabricates quoted content that you then
respond to, and me, who only changes privacy headers and never the content
(nor my identity).

Let's be fair and ask each other the most important question of WHY?

Q: Why do I change header content?
A: I never hide who I am in the body (and, in fact, I supply tremendous
information); but I change headers for privacy reasons.

Q: Why does Jolly Roger habitually change quoted content & then respond?
A: ?

I've explained many times (more than anyone else would bother to) why I
change headers for privacy reasons and how I change headers in that I only
change headers where the header isn't needed since the only line that
matters is the subject line (because I only ask questions that are
technical and factual and operational).

I'm always either trying to understand iOS, or its users.

In addition, my data is always the same (same phone, same iPads, same
versions of the operating system, same screenshots, same polite responses
to posts, same everything).

That you fail to recognize half or more of my threads is odd since I make
no attempt whatsoever to change my style between threads.

I've given out so much information, in fact, about me, that it makes me
smile every time you and Lewis gloat that you know where I live (as if
having posted probably a thousand pictures makes it even remotely
difficult).

What amazes me in a comical way is how you miss more than half, but when
you see the other quarter, you gloat as if you've accomplished a detective
coup.

I do thank you very much for supplying morning humor to the group overall,
but this thread isn's about your humor.

It's about why you purposefully change quoted content and then immediately
respond to that purposefully changed quoted content.

You've done this so many times that nothing you write can be trusted.
*Why do you habitually fabricate quoted content?*

It's the same troll with a new nym. He's gone by numerous nyms in the

And of course he's about due for another nym change shortly.

That list is valid with three exceptions.
1: "AL" is not one of the nym-shifter's aliases and should be removed
from your list.
2: You can add "Abe Swanson" to the list.
3: Along with AArdvarks he also used "Aarvarks".

Well he's there for a good reason. He likely participated in one of the

users in general. I honestly don't care enough about his posts to recall

Thanks. Added.

Yeah, thanks. I didn't bother listing those permutations for brevity.
There are also multiple fake email addresses associated with some of
these, like "Algeria Horan".

This statement is why I enjoy observing your behavior the most.

Your logic appears to be that this "AL" at some point, supported what is
always a factual and logical argument, hence, he's a troll.
