It's been a long time since I posted
anything about my effort to ingest
under 1,000 calories to get under 140
pounds. Why? I've returned to the over
2,000 calories per day area on most
days.

My weight? This morning, 147 pounds,
and for quite some time now it's been
somewhere in the upper 140s. It appears
that my weight is somewhat stable in
the upper 140s.

To return to the land of weight loss
would require me to return to ingesting
< 1,000 calories per day on a steady
basis. Upper 140s, doesn't trouble me
so I may not have the motivation to re-
turn to my previous weight loss effort.

Exercise, typically not over 150 min-
utes per day. BMI? 23.5

Hmmmm. I've become a big fan of protein
cookies & protein chips. Exercise still
results in more carbs & calories than
I had during my successful loss of close
to 40 pounds over 3 months.

Motivation is a tricky devil, and until
I re-motivate myself (and not sure how
I would do that), it appears I'm settling
for weight stability in the mid-23 BMI
area as my 'new' weight.

Open to anyone providing a way for me to
re-motivate myself to lose weight if any-
one thinks they can do so.

Sidenote:

Dreams, oddly enough, a job I had in the
1980s appears in most of my dreams these
days (nights). Weird, a job that had a lot
of success & severe downsides that perhaps,
all told, was the highlight (& lowlight) of
my work career life.
