7/7 awakened with that 1.2 pounds re-lost,
+ .4 more pounds lost, total 1.6 pounds
lost, my lowest BMI since March 22 and
shooting to go lower today by making sure
(or at least trying to make sure) I stay
under 1,000 calories again.

7/6 awakened with 1.2 pound weight regain,
responded with low 987 calories and highest
ever 300 minutes (5 hours) of indoor cycling
exercise, the highest since I started the
exercise routine in December, 2018. Also,
2 sessions of weight lifts (see below) for
the first time.

7/5 awakened with a 1.8 pound weight loss
(after 30 minutes and removing my CGM &
insulin pump Dash PDM & not drinking or
eating anything) and now I'm at my lowest
weight since December, my BMI & waist now
at the BMI & waste I last had on March 22.

My response, large calories but the biggest
sin, a bag of popcorn - 50 grams of fat,
800 calories contributing to total of
2,495 calories; so tired from 3 straight
days of 4 hours or more of exercise that
I only exercised for 90 minutes indoor
cycling + 1 session of weight lifts.

7/4, a .8 pound weight loss on awakening,
985 calories + another large 240 minutes
of exercise, complemented by better (lower)
insulin guesses, led to the latest weight
loss detailed above.

o Exercise

- 7/6 10 30 minute indoor cycling
sessions, total 300 minutes,
10 20 lb weight lifts with each
arm in 2 sessions, total 20 20 lb

sessions, total 90 minutes,
10 20 lb weight lifts with each
arm in 1 session, total 10 20 lb
weight lifts with each arm

- 7/4, 8 30 minute indoor cycling
sessions, total 240 minutes,
10 20 lb weight lifts with each
arm in 1 session, total 10 20 lb
weight lifts with each arm

coffee & atorvastatin & multi-
vitamins which I hadn't tracked

o Insulin dosing (note that sometimes
I do 30 minute elevated basal, like
a 30 minute bolus, usually due to
rising glucose, sometimes in con-
junction with exercise, & I suspend
basal when trying to prevent a hypo)

o Average glucose level (last HbA1c
of 5.3, average glucose 105 mg/dl,
was 18 mg/dl lower than my CGM aver-
age glucose)

- 7/6 134 mg/dl, neglected to dose insulin
after carbs before bedtime & neglected
to set early double alarms so didn't
wake up 'til 3 hours after going to
sleep, glucose skyrocket from 12:41 AM,
181 mg/dl, to 3:29 AM, 260 mg/dl, slow ...

... descent began but my Dexcom CGM, the
sensor now on its 27th day since inser-
tion, it went out at 4:19 AM, 208 mg/dl,

< 70 mg/dl 4.2%, > 180 mg/dl 1.7%,
70-180 mg/dl 94.1%

- 7/4 121 mg/dl, fine all day,
