Summer Milvin/Chivin meetup?

I moved from Chicago to a house between Racine and Kenosha. About 75 minutes from Chicago, 30 mins from MKE.

We have a ton of room for bikes etc. 

What do you think would be the interest in a Chivin/Milvinmoto "meet us haflway" garage night sometime this summer? 

I don't want to step on Godffrey's toes with the Rubble at the Brat... Maybe later in the summer?
