quick bar/pub/restaurant help needed!

I am onsite working up near US45 and Brown Deer Rd.

My bosses want to meet up with me and they are staying downtown.

Any cool joint to meet up at in the middle?

They are pretty cool so a good local bar place with good food would be ok.

when i lived in menomonee falls, we usually went to cafe hollander in tosa as a “city, but not all the way in the city” place. however i know people either love or hate that particular restaurant group.

Try Maxie's Southern Comfort on 68th st just north of I94. Great food and atmosphere. Only downside is its near the construction zone on I94. Worth it though. Maxie's.com
