[Mifos-users] Collateralized Loans Functional Specification (Pawn Shops, Gold Loans)

Over the past few weeks, the need for better collateral management and tracking in Mifos to support gold loans, pawn shop functionality, etc. has been expressed a number of times. 

I posted the functional specification document that Vishwas shared for a collateral management system to http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5494.

I then realized that I had duplicated the request at: http://mifosforge.jira.com/browse/MIFOS-5378

Let's consolidate all our functional requirements and use cases at 5494.
