Dear, first confirm this, Is FRx working properly and for this make a simple
report like, make a Trial Balance Report and if it will work properly then
please, check thoroughly all settings of your report as well as column and
row conditions.

What version of FRx are you running?
Is FRx installed locally or on a Citrix/Terminal Server machine?

We noticed this issue yesterday at work. Restarting the print spooler service
on the FRx client did the trick.
