Release of microprofile-parent?

I don't see a release of the https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-parent project that can be used by other projects. Is this ready to be released?

This project is used for releasing other projects via the Jenkins job. What do you mean to release it? Do you mean to release the jar for version control or something?

I was wanting to use this as the MP-JWT parent pom to reduce the duplication of settings.

To add a few more details (having tried to help the BOM earlier) 

https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-bom was an attempt of a "Red Hat style" BOM, but it never became one, and so far was only released under "microprofile" (which is actually https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile without a single POM)

MicroProfile BOM so far never manifested, but there were discussions in one or the other thread to create a proper separation between

"microprofile-parent" - which would be an "internal" Parent POM to be used by any project in need of common structures - and 

"microprofile-bom" - a true "Bill of Materials" for other projects outside MicroProfile or Eclipse to use the right combination of MP features and where necessary the underlying dependencies.
