Hi Albert,

In order to grant your application access to a member's account, that
member has to confirm their intent on our site. This happens as part of
the OAuth flow, described in the API documentation:
http://www.meetup.com/meetup_api/auth/

We currently don't support Russian localization but we may in the future.

You can not use a facebook authentication token for the Meetup API. You need to request a Meetup authentication token for a member

You can use oauth 1 http://www.meetup.com/meetup_api/auth/#oauth

or oauth 2 http://www.meetup.com/meetup_api/auth/#oauth2
