Leucistic BOWA in Scarboro

Here is a link to the post of pics  of the bird that Joanne Stevens found in Scarboro this afternoon.

Looks like the deformity is below the bill, not the bill itself.  Almost like a second bill!   

Interesting bird.    

Glad she called me to take a look and take some photos.
